Things are moving quickly! I now have a choreographer on board – Fernanda Muñoz-Newsome.

She seemed to immediately understand what I wanted to achieve and has already recorded some videos of potential dance pieces, for example:

I’ve also found a place to record the motion capture – CAMERA, a research project recently set up by Bath University.

If all goes to plan, in a couple of weeks we’ll have the motion capture data for around 10 dance pieces and then the animation can begin! Exciting times. I’ll leave you with this great The Pharcyde video, which Fernanda and I looked at when discussing ideas and influences.
